We ship from Germany with trusted courier partners (e.g., DHL).
Orders via the webshop are currently processed only for Germany and the European Union.
Shipping to other countries is available on request only.

 

All prices and shipping costs are shown in Euro (€). The final total price (including VAT/taxes where applicable and shipping costs) is shown at checkout before you place your order.

 

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, actual re-shipping costs may apply.

 

Dispatch time

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 business day after order confirmation (for prepayment: after payment is received). You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Prices & VAT / Taxes

• EU deliveries: Product prices are VAT-inclusive. VAT is charged according to the applicable rules and rates of the destination country (e.g., OSS where applicable).

• For deliveries outside the EU VAT area, EU VAT is generally not charged (subject to the rules shown at checkout based on your delivery address). Import VAT, customs duties and handling fees may apply and must be paid by the customer. The final tax calculation is based on your delivery address and shown at checkout.
  

Important note on special territories

Some European territories follow special VAT/customs rules (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta/Melilla, Åland Islands, Heligoland, Büsingen, Livigno/Campione d’Italia). If your destination is such a territory and checkout does not show a suitable shipping option, please contact us before ordering.

Monaco is treated as part of France for VAT purposes. San Marino is subject to special VAT/customs rules.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated, delivery is made without undue delay and within the stated time frames: within Germany usually within 1–3 business days, and internationally usually within 2–27 business days after the contract is concluded (for advance payment: after payment instruction). The delivery times stated above form part of the delivery agreement for your order. If a different delivery time is required by law for your destination, the legally applicable delivery time applies. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or on German and destination public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we usually ship them together in one parcel unless agreed otherwise. The delivery time for the full order is based on the item with the longest stated delivery time.

 

Local pickup (if offered)

 

If you choose local pickup, we will notify you by email when your order is ready and provide available pickup options. No shipping costs will be charged.
