Orders placed through our online shop are currently available for Germany and Austria. Shipping to other countries is currently available on request.

Shipping to other countries
Online checkout is currently available for Germany and Austria.
If you would like your order to be shipped to another country, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to check the available shipping options, shipping costs and any applicable tax or customs requirements for you.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply depending on the destination country and the goods ordered.
Dispatch
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 business day after order confirmation. For prepayment orders, dispatch takes place once payment has been received.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking information.
